OCC 11 has following specifications:

  • Out throws + prohibitives may not exceed 5%
  • Moisture content: less than 1%

Double Sorted Old Corrugated Containers to be free of boxboard, off-shore corrugated, plastic, and wax:

OMG – Old Magazines

OMG – Old Magazines

Coated Magazines, catalogues, and similar printed materials. May contain a small percentage of uncoated news-type paper:

  • Out throws plus prohivitives may not exceed 4%
  • Other acceptable paper mixes may not exceed 20%

Pulp and Paper

Pulp

We offer various pulp grades which support end use applications including packaging, graphic papers, publication papers, kraft papers, tissue, hygiene products and specialty papers.

Our Pulp is %100 virgin from natural fibers of organic cellulose pulp that is produced from sugarcane bagasse and is without additives and free of harmful substances to human health, while having high strength.

Applications:
  • Tissue
  • Multilayer paperboards (white-top, kraft liner, etc.)

Kraft Paper

The kraft paper we provide is produced from %100 virgin pulp:

Kraft Liner

Kraft liner board is a mixture of bagasse virgin pulp and quality long fiber pulp which has following features:

  • Superior physical and mechanical properties
  • High tensile and burst strength
  • Natural color and High printability
Applications:
  • Carton linerboard
  • Kraft bags (for cement, lime, etc.)
  • Strong paper bag for fruits and vegetables
Test Liner

Test Liner

Test liner is made of %100 recyclable paper and is used in the production of corrugated sheets and can be used both as the external and internal layer and has following features:

  • External layer:
    • wet-resistant
    • increased bursting and tensile strength
    • enhanced printing quality
       
  • Internal layer specifically designed to increase flexibility during converting and usage of the fluting paper
  • Environment-friendly and cost-effective

Fluting or Corrugated

Fluting or Corrugated

High quality fluting or corrugated paper is made from the mixture of both chemical virgin and OCC pulp which is in high demand among carton and paperboard producers:

Grades:
  • Fluting medium
  • Wet-resistant (for low temperature conditions)
Applications:
  • Fluting medium
  • Packaging carton and box middle layers (corrugation medium)
PET Bottles

PET Bottles Scrap

Whole post-consumer PET bottle with a screw-neck top that contains the ASTM D7611, #1 PET or PETE resin identification code and which is either clear, transparent green, or transparent light blue. All bottles should be free of contents or free from liquids, rinsed and pressed into bales.

RPET Flakes (Recycled PET)

The PET bottles separated by color (clear, light blue, multicolor), are transformed into PET flakes through a process involving several phases: grinding, hot washing, floatation and centrifugation.

R-PET flakes are used as the raw material for a various range of products that would otherwise be made of polyester.

R-PET flakes are traded in different colors and grades as follows:

Polyester fiber is a base material for the production of textile and clothing, pillows, carpets, polyester sheets, strapping, packaging, automotive or it is made back into PET bottles.
